Description
As an Agile/Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project deliveries using Agile methodologies. Your strong project management skills, excellent communication, and experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Agile Project Delivery: - Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. - Plan, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and business teams. - Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and management. - Align project goals with business priorities and customer needs. - Team Leadership & Coordination: - Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective collaboration and timely delivery. - Remove impediments and roadblocks that impact project progress. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices. - Risk, Issue & Change Management: - Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges early in the project lifecycle. - Implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary. - Manage scope changes in alignment with project objectives and timelines. - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain clear project documentation, including plans, logs, and status reports. - Track project KPIs, sprint metrics, and team performance. - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum leadership. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana.
