Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Specialist, located in Noida. The Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless communication across different stakeholders. They will also focus on strengthening partnerships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic understanding of Finance and its application in client solutions
• Ability to manage client expectations and provide a high level of professionalism
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in relationship management roles is preferred
