Role Overview: Relationship & Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, educators, and decision-makers. This role involves promoting Kids Age Newspaper, managing client relationships, and executing timely follow-ups to ensure long-term engagement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media campaigns.
  • Promote Kids Age Newspaper to school principals, teachers, and other educational stakeholders.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings effectively.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline through telesales and email marketing.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status systematically.

Customer Support & Service

  • Handle client inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide post-sale support to encourage client retention.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of contacts, communications, and follow-up activities.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
