Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited (MHIL), a subsidiary of Muthoot Finance Limited, is a Housing Finance Company registered with The National Housing Bank. As part of The Muthoot Group with over 129 years of legacy, MHIL focuses on fostering financial inclusion by providing affordable housing finance to economically weaker sections and low-income customers. Dedicated to helping first-time home buyers, MHIL operates on a Hub and Spoke model, with a centralized processing unit in Mumbai, ensuring efficient and diligent operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Panvel. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer financial needs, providing financial solutions, and assisting with sales of housing finance products. They will engage directly with customers to ensure excellent support and contribute toward achieving business goals.

Qualifications

Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of Finance and the ability to provide appropriate financial solutions to meet customer needs.
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customer bases.
Sales skills to promote housing finance products and achieve targets.
A customer-centric approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in Finance or Housing Finance is advantageous.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
