Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with corporate clients and establish entry-level connections within target corporates.
Cross-sell bank products (liabilities, investments, insurance, etc.) to existing Corp Sal customers.
Promote new products and product enhancements to expand customer relationships.
Coordinate with group companies to create awareness about KOTAKJIFI products among employees.
Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
Drive penetration of group/family accounts within the mapped customer base.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel extensively within city limits for client meetings and relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience (Freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good awareness of corporate clients and ability to build entry-level connections.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
Must own a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone.
Experience in liability sales or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.
Age limit: Up to 26 years.
