Relationship officer - Home loan

As a leading player in the Financial Services sector, specializing in Mortgage and Home Loan financing for salaried professionals and self-employed individuals, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic on-site environment. Your role will be crucial in expanding our retail home loan portfolio by establishing strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing home loan customers. You will guide them through the process of product selection, application, and disbursal. It will be your duty to proactively source and qualify mortgage leads through various channels such as tele-calling, walk-ins, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Collaboration with underwriting teams to structure loan proposals that align with compliance standards and client requirements will be essential. You will also be responsible for conducting comprehensive credit assessments, verifying documents, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system. Timely follow-up at every stage of the loan lifecycle, tracking application status, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are key aspects of your role. Achieving monthly and quarterly home loan disbursal targets while adhering to internal SLAs will be a critical measure of success. To excel in this role, staying updated on industry regulations, lending guidelines, and competitive product offerings is necessary. Providing clients with accurate information and tailored solutions based on their needs will be fundamental. A graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain is required for this position. Your skills should include expertise in loan and mortgage lead sourcing, loan proposal structuring, credit assessment, CRM software, document verification, and customer relationship management.
