Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Daltonganj. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing finance-related assistance, and offering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include assessing and disbursing loans, conducting follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing financial information, and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales
• Proficiency in Finance and related financial processes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with clients
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
