Job Description

As a Relationship Officer based in Chalisgaon, your role will involve providing best-in-class service to customers at their doorstep and achieving business targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and group formation: You will be responsible for identifying prospective women members and encouraging them to form a center with a specified number of members. - Conducting CPV (Contact Point Verification): You will need to visit each member at her residence or business to complete the CPV formalities. - Conducting CGT (Continuous Group Training): Your role will involve imparting information to customers on objectives, rules, regulations, procedures, financial literacy, and the joint liability of the group. - Organizing and preparing customers for Group Recognition Test (GRT): You will be responsible for facilitating the final test for the center to be carried out for loan approval. Additionally, you may be assigned any other additional responsibilities or projects by the management from time to time. Qualifications required for this position include: - HSC & above - Good communication skills - Loyal - Punctual - Social skills - Integrity Please note that having a two-wheeler with a valid license is a mandatory requirement for this role.,
