Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident female Relationship Officer to join our sales team. The role involves building strong customer relationships, driving field sales, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the field to generate leads and sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Explain products/services, offers, and benefits to prospective customers clearly and convincingly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report progress to management.
• Represent the company positively in field visits, promotional events, and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales/relationship management experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Must be open to fieldwork and client meetings.
