Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a relationship officer role.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including small finance banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
