Relationship Officer Current Account

As a Relationship Officer Current Account in the Banking sector, your role involves handling customer service requirements such as account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, and cheque book issuance. Your performance will be evaluated based on the quality of advice given to customers, speed, and efficiency of service provided, as well as meeting sales targets for bank and investment products. You will be expected to go beyond the customer's professed needs by offering other products, enhancing customer value, and cross-selling asset products. Additionally, you will provide backup support to relationship managers managing HNI relationships, ensure low attrition ratios, and focus on customer acquisition through referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer service requirements including account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, and cheque book issuance. - Provide quality advice to customers and ensure efficient service delivery. - Meet sales targets for bank and investment products, cross-sell asset products, and enhance customer value. - Support relationship managers with HNI relationships and focus on customer acquisition through referrals.
