Relationship Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gives small loans (microloans) to customers who are part of groups and helps create new groups.
• Collects loan payments from group members on time.
• Opens savings accounts for customers and helps increase savings through FD, RD, etc.
• Meets with customer groups regularly and supports their needs.
• Checks if customers can repay loans by understanding how they will use the money and their income plans.
• Shares information and helps customers to avail of the insurance, like life insurance.
• Makes sure all customer documents are complete and correct.
• Builds good relationships with customers and helps grow the branch's business.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduation in any subject.
• Age should be between 22 and 31 years.
• Should have 0 to 2 years of work experience in microfinance loans. Freshers are also eligible.
• Must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Should be ready to travel and relocate within North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Nadia, Kolkata, and Howrah districts of West Bengal.
