Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and providing financial advice. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management
Proficiency in Finance
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales experience
Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
