Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for our office located in Rudrapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing appropriate home loan solutions. You will engage in client meetings, follow up on loan applications, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and sales
• Familiarity with home loan products and financial services
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
