Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager for Real Estate Sales to join our team in HSR Layout and Basaveshwar Nagar. This role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities: -

Client Interaction: Meet with clients at the office and conduct site visits to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Property Guidance: Provide detailed information about properties, including market trends and pricing strategies.

Site Visits: Accompany clients on site visits to various properties and assist in evaluating options.

Transaction Support: Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing process, including negotiations and documentation.

Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss property options, offers, and agreements.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market conditions to provide accurate advice and insights.

Qualifications: - Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
