Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bettiah for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying financial needs, promoting and selling financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include conducting client meetings, processing loan applications, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Proficiency in local languages and Hindi
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the financial sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
