Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in sales and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to HNI clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for HNIs, including investment products and banking services.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews with HNI clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of investment products, banking services, and wealth management solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with HNI clients, providing personalized solutions and support.
