Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales, cross-sell products, and retain customer loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities through acquisition of new customers and expansion into new markets.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, improve branch performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, address concerns, and provide excellent service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management guidelines, and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from a reputed bank).
Strong understanding of retail liabilities, current accounts, CASA sales, and relationship management principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
