Job Description

As a Relationship Manager - Used Commercial Vehicle in the Rural Banking department, your role involves providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of Automobile (Used Commercial Vehicle) customers, ensuring value-added customer service, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and underwriting teams. Your aim is to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening, ultimately becoming the banking partner of choice for customers. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Acquire new customers for Dealership business by conducting detailed Credit assessment and providing end-to-end solutions. - Establish a strong connection with existing customers through mailers and phone calls, sharing insights on interest rate fluctuations and product offerings. - Empanel new DSA and DST in the market. - Generate new sales leads for Dealership business customers through referrals and promotional activities. - Conduct policy training for internal team members and proactively resolve customer queries. - Stay updated on competitor products and market best practices. - Track channels and team for quality sourcing, monitor initial MOBs, and recruit/train team members in various products/processes. - Scope potential markets geographically and manage relationships with DSA, DDSA, and DSEs. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Share knowledge of competitor products and market best practices with the product team. - Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and customer feedback. - Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network. - Demonstrate sales planning ability and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives. **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Attract and retain top talent for key roles in your reporting structure. - Monitor employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates to drive necessary improvements. - Support teams in achieving growth targets and provide necessary training. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation: Any Graduate - Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate - Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.,
