Relationship Manager - Tumkur

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through "contact points" and direct marketing activities. Your main duties will include fostering relationships with "contact points" and existing borrowers of the home loan organization to solely distribute affordable housing loans. This role provides a great opportunity to enter the affordable home loan industry and gain exposure to all aspects of the job. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve home loan disbursement goals by executing a business plan that includes prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. - Present and promote Home Loans to prospective clients both physically and digitally through social media channels. - Ensure proper customer profiling on each call/prospective customer visit to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products. Build and maintain customer relationships to generate references and ensure timely servicing of loans. - Collaborate with the credit team to coordinate timely disbursement of loans by assisting loan applicants with required documents. - Stay updated on current industry trends, products, services, and underwriting guidelines. - Perform field-based activities and marketing initiatives to generate home loan leads as per branch manager's instructions. - Take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application processing to customer management within the organization. Qualifications: - Must be a graduate from any stream. - Should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales. - Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantage. - Must possess good communication skills. - Must have a Two Wheeler and valid driving license.,
