The role of Relationship Manager - Home Loans involves creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through various activities like self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other direct marketing efforts. The primary responsibility is to establish and manage contact points including cement dealers, building material suppliers, engineers, masons, and other key personnel in the construction industry. Building relationships with these contact points and existing borrowers is crucial for the successful distribution of affordable housing loans. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to the affordable home loan industry and contribute to expanding the organization's presence in the market. The key responsibilities of the Relationship Manager - Home Loans include achieving home loan disbursement targets by implementing a comprehensive business plan that involves prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing strategies. The role also entails promoting home loan products to potential clients through both physical interactions and digital platforms. Customer relationship management is vital, requiring the manager to understand the needs of each customer, recommend suitable loan products, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals. Collaboration with the credit team is essential to facilitate timely loan disbursements by assisting loan applicants in submitting the necessary documentation for assessment and approval. The Relationship Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application processing to customer servicing.
