Job Summary:

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients business goals, challenges, and financial needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, escalations, and service needs.

Sales & Business Development

Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to support growth and profitability.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to branch or team revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, risk) to deliver customized offerings.

Client Onboarding & Support

Guide new clients through onboarding processes, documentation, and initial setup.
Provide regular updates, performance reports, and product recommendations to clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on market trends, financial products, services, and competitor offerings.
Educate clients about new products, services, and changes in policies or regulations.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, data privacy).
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Preferred Experience:

Background in banking, insurance, wealth management, or B2B SaaS
Certifications such as NISM, IRDA, or AMFI (for finance roles)
Experience handling high-net-worth individuals (HNI) or corporate clients
