Job Title:

Affluent Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Act as a one-point contact for assigned HNI/UHNI customers, ensuring exceptional service and personalized attention.
Portfolio Management & Advisory:
Profile clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable investment products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, etc.).
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed business targets through up-selling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer wallet share.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new affluent clients, ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless.
Mentorship & Team Development:
Guide junior team members, monitor performance, and help improve productivity through continuous coaching.
Compliance & Certifications:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. NISM certification is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in managing HNI/UHNI customers in financial services or wealth management.
Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NISM Certification (especially VA/VIII) is highly desirable.
Target-driven with a client-first approach.
