Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's presence within the education sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of products and services and provide ongoing support to clients.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with existing schools.
Liaison with internal stake holders to improve the usage & complaint resolution.
Work with Academic & Technical team to resolve customer queries.
Build opportunities across all product lines in existing schools.
Create cross-sell & up-sell opportunities with every customer.
Identifying Think Edge opportunities & conversion from existing schools.
Visiting all schools once every quarter & all critical schools once every month.
Addressing all customer requirements on complaints handling, content issues and service gaps within 48 hrs.
Provide market differentiated services and experience for the existing schools.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 8-13 years of work experience in B2B sales, customer retention, upselling, cross selling, etc. with high degree of Relationship building skills.
