Job Description

focuses on managing and servicing existing customers. You will receive a ready customer list (Book of Relations) to build and maintain strong relationships. Your responsibilities include handling queries, ensuring policy renewals, and cross-selling new life insurance and investment products. You’ll act as a single point of contact for customers while meeting monthly sales and service targets. Candidates should have 1.5–2 years of sales experience (preferably in insurance or financial products). Good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, and a two-wheeler are mandatory. This is a customer relationship and field-based role with performance-based incentives.
