Relationship Manager - Supply chain finance

As an Assistant Manager for SCF / Unsecured Lending, your role will involve identifying sales opportunities for Unsecured Loans, particularly Supply Chain Financing products, by acquiring new customers and fostering relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating fresh leads through self-sourcing and references. - Utilizing communication platforms effectively such as telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. - Acting as a liaison between the company and current/future markets. - Developing relationships with MSME Associations, Industry Associations, CAs, DSAs, Connectors, and Corporates to enhance business prospects. - Educating customers on various loan types and credit options available, along with their terms. - Driving sales targets for multiple loan products including Sales Bill Discounting, Purchase Bill Discounting, Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Revenue Based Financing, Unsecured Business Loans, etc. - Managing the process from file login to disbursement, ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance at every stage. - Collecting necessary documents from customers based on checklists and dynamic credit team requirements. - Maintaining accurate MIS records and providing timely feedback on market-related activities. In terms of qualifications, you are required to be: - Any Graduate / MBA-Finance / Marketing Additionally, the following job requirements are essential: - Excellent communication skills. - Strong negotiation abilities. - Motivated and results-driven mindset. - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. - High sales orientation to consistently achieve sales targets.
