Job Description

Manage and maintain relationships with top users on the Clubs platform.
Drive user engagement, retention, and spending through consistent and personalized communication.
Connect with users via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms to provide ongoing support and assistance.
Understand user needs and create actionable plans to enhance satisfaction and platform participation.
Coordinate with internal teams to share user insights and improve overall user experience.
Follow operational processes and ensure compliance with established SOPs.

Requirements:

Minimum C1 CEFR certified in Spanish, with strong fluency in both written and spoken communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience handling Spanish-speaking users in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism in user interactions.
Process-oriented and organized, with attention to operational detail.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs.
Strong understanding of online communication dynamics and user interaction nuances.
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with strong observational ability.
