Relationship Manager , Small Medium Enterprises, Institutional Banking Group

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager Asset in the SME segment within IBG 4 at the bank, your main responsibility is to acquire and develop a diversified portfolio. This portfolio should generate revenue from various sources like assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fees while maintaining an acceptable risk level. Your role involves following lending guidelines set by the bank to achieve these results effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source New to Bank Asset relationships within IBG 4 Segment up to T/O of 100 Crore, aligned with Bank Lending Policy - Ensure a good Net Interest Income and fee across the portfolio through Cross-Selling of Trade, Liabilities, Cash, Treasury, Fee, etc. - Contribute significantly to increasing the Profitability of the Branch - Monitor the Portfolio properly to maintain delinquency at NIL - Execute IBG4 business strategy to enhance market share, achieve targets, and reduce concentration risk in the portfolio - Build DBS Brand Value and expand network through marketing activities and collaborations - Comply with the Bank's processes & policies to ensure positive ratings during audits Qualifications Required: - Overall 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in SME/Business Banking Lending - Proven track record in asset business within the SME/Business Banking segment - Knowledge of competitors and marketplace trends - Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment preferred - Educational background in Bachelors in finance/Economics/Commerce or MBA/CA Additional Company Details (if available): DBS India is committed to fostering a culture where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions are valued.
