Relationship Manager - Small Enterprises

As a Relationship Manager at the bank, your role involves generating revenue and achieving the bank's objectives. You will be responsible for managing client relationships across all product groups. Your key responsibilities will include: - Seeking and acquiring new client relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions through bank products and services. - Managing client relationships by identifying financial needs, advising, structuring deals, preparing terms and conditions, and closing deals. - Assessing banking needs and risks for clients to optimize risk-reward for the Bank. - Undertaking brand communication initiatives for designated products to differentiate YES Bank's products in the market. - Conducting market research to understand consumers, competition, and current market conditions. - Appraising proposals by analyzing income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, cash flows, management risk, industry risk, and economic conditions. - Maintaining high-quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, and collaboration with product partners, OSD, risk management, and other relationship management groups. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will have self-management responsibilities such as defining performance goals, identifying development needs, understanding relevant competencies, and staying updated on professional/industry developments. You will also be responsible for following risk policies and processes to mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational, and audit risks. Additionally, you will execute internal control systems and provide relevant information for departmental audits. This job requires proactive relationship management skills, financial acumen, market research capabilities, and adherence to risk and compliance policies to ensure the bank's objectives are met effectively.,
