Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will engage in customer consultations, provide guidance on financial products, follow up with clients for policy servicing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiation and Persuasion skills to convert leads into sales
• Organizational and Time Management skills for managing client interactions and deadlines
• Understanding of financial products, particularly life insurance plans, is beneficial
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other modern sales technologies
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
