As a Wealth Manager at our firm located in JP Nagar, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized investment solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively engaging with interested leads through sales calls to explain financial products and investment solutions. - Assessing client needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to recommend suitable stock market investments and wealth management solutions. - Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, market updates, and personalized financial guidance. - Staying updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. - Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality client servicing. - Addressing client queries efficiently and providing timely, accurate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of client engagement. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - 2-5 years of proven experience in Wealth Management, Finance, or Equity Sales is mandatory. - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, wealth solutions, and portfolio management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. - Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first approach. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients make informed investment decisions. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
