Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients while also seeking out new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include providing knowledgeable advice, guiding client choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must be adept at building positive, long-term relationships and supporting clients in their decision-making process by offering solutions tailored to their needs. Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining a deep understanding of our company's products and services, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, researching and pursuing new business opportunities, identifying client needs, proposing suitable solutions, offering comprehensive product/service consultations, and guiding clients through their decision-making process. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in upselling and cross-selling activities, efficiently resolving complaints and issues, meeting sales and revenue targets, and prioritizing client satisfaction. To be considered for this position, you should have more than 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The salary for this role is negotiable, and the working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on a full-time basis.
