The company is the largest private locker service provider in the country, serving over 75,000 customers through 25,000 lockers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site sales role for a Relationship Manager - Sales. located in Chennai : Mylapore, Besant Nagar and T.nagar branches. The Relationship Manager will be managing client relationships and offering products lockers, Deposits and Mutual Funds. Handling client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying potential clients and customer service.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client relationship management and customer service experience
Knowledge of financial products and services such as safety lockers, insurance, deposits, and mutual funds
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
