Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and promoting financial products and services. Day-to-day tasks include client servicing, addressing customer inquiries, generating new leads, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. The role requires effective collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in client servicing, lead generation, and customer needs analysis
Knowledge of financial products such as safety lockers, insurance, deposits, and mutual funds
Sales and marketing skills to promote services and achieve business targets
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in customer relationship management is highly desirable
Proficiency in regional languages and English is an added advantage
