Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding clients' financial needs, offering appropriate loan products, and guiding clients through the loan application process. The role involves regular interaction with clients to maintain and deepen relationships, providing financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

There is a flexibility to do business directly or by appointing referral partners .

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of different loan products including Personal, Home, Car, Working Capital, SME, and Business Loans will be an advantage .
• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Analytical and financial assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
