Job Description

As a Sales Manager for home loans and LAP channel, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales numbers aggressively and achieve business targets. You will focus on enhancing client relationships, retaining existing customers, and expanding the customer base through cross-selling and referrals. It will be crucial to maximize sales through a network of DSAs by effectively managing connector and builder relationships. Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients, increasing penetration in approved projects, and identifying new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets are key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth processing of files from the login stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. In terms of team management, you will need to optimize team productivity by managing a team of relationship managers effectively. Aligning with the team on lead generation activities, providing necessary training, motivation, and deployment strategies are essential for achieving team results and meeting business targets. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the market, competition, processes, and products will help in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports will also be a key aspect of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduate or Masters/Postgraduate degree.,
