Relationship Manager - Retail Sales - DSA Channel - Housing

As a Sales Manager for home loans and LAP channel, your core responsibilities will include aggressively driving sales numbers to achieve business targets, enhancing client relationships, retaining and expanding the customer base, maximizing sales through a network of DSAs, developing strong liaisons with clients, increasing penetration in approved projects, identifying and developing new builder/channel relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of files from login to disbursement. You will be required to optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers, aligning with the team on lead generation activities, leading and supervising the team for growth implementation through training and motivation, and ensuring achievement of team results to meet business targets. It will be essential for you to stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding, and ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate degree, with preference given to candidates with Masters/Postgraduate qualifications.,
