Relationship Manager - Retail Sales - Direct & DSA - Housing - EM - Sales - Surat - Eco Futurz - JM

As a Sales Manager for home loans and LAP channel, your primary responsibility is to drive sales numbers aggressively and achieve business targets through cross-selling opportunities. You will focus on enhancing and upgrading client relationships to retain and expand the customer base. Maximizing sales through a network of DSAs, managing connector and builder relationships, and developing new builder/channel relationships are key aspects of your role. You will be required to maintain strong liaisons with clients to ensure repeat business or referrals, maximize the number of APFs, and increase penetration in approved APF projects. Additionally, you will work on processing files from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Sales planning and team management are crucial components of this role. You will need to optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers, align with the team on ground lead generation activities, and supervise the implementation of the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence is essential for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your feedback on markets, competition, processes, and products will be valuable for the central product and policy team. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, company processes, policies, and reports is a key part of maintaining industry and governance standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate or Masters/Postgraduate qualification. Your ability to lead a team, drive sales, manage client relationships, and stay ahead in the market will be critical in achieving the business targets and profitability of the area.,
