As a Sales Manager in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling opportunities. Ensuring timely processing of files from the initial stage to disbursement, along with coordination with internal departments, will be essential to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Optimizing team productivity, conducting lead generation activities, and providing necessary training and motivation to the relationship managers will be vital for achieving team results and meeting business targets.
