As a Sales Manager in the organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling opportunities. You will enhance client relationships, retain and expand the customer base, and maximize sales through a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA). Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, connectors, builders, and stakeholders will be crucial for your success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new builder and channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business opportunities. - Ensure timely processing of files from the initial stage to disbursement, coordinating with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. - Play a key role in sales planning and team management, optimizing team productivity, conducting lead generation activities, and providing necessary training and motivation to the relationship managers.
