As a Sales Manager in the organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling opportunities. You will be tasked with enhancing client relationships, retaining and expanding our customer base, and maximizing sales through a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA). Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, connectors, builders, and other stakeholders will be crucial for success in this role. - Develop new builder and channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business opportunities. - Ensure timely processing of files from the initial stage to disbursement and coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. - Play a key role in sales planning and team management by optimizing team productivity, conducting lead generation activities, and providing necessary training and motivation to the relationship managers for achieving team results and meeting business targets. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor intelligence, and regulatory requirements to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and policies by leveraging your market knowledge and feedback to stay competitive in the industry. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or Masters/Postgraduate degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of sales management, team leadership, and industry governance.
