Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience managing retail mortgages and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and resolution of any issues.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide tailored solutions for customers' financial requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
