Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them, and ensuring excellent customer service. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address their needs, build long-term relationships, and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Conduct site visits, regular follow-ups with clients, and convert them into sales opportunities. - Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base. - Address client concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Coordinate the closing of sales and assist clients through paperwork. - Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement. - Stay up-to-date with current market trends. - Prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions, sales performance, and market conditions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). - Experience in real estate sales is preferred. - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, result-driven, and strong work ethic. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
