Position Overview

The Real Estate Relationship Manager is responsible for driving property sales by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer service and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and prepare sales contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
