Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them, and ensuring excellent customer service. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address their needs and build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, conducting site visits and regular follow-ups with clients, and converting them into sales opportunities. Additionally, you will develop strategies to attract new clients, expand the company's customer base, and address client concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Furthermore, you will coordinate the closing of sales, assist clients through paperwork, and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement. It will be essential to stay up-to-date with current market trends, prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions, sales performance, and market conditions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with experience in real estate sales being preferred. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, result-driven approach, and strong work ethic are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
