Customer Service Associate

We are hiring 10 Service Associates to join our team at PVR INOX. If you are energetic, customer-friendly, and passionate about delivering great guest experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at Box Office, Concessions, and Audi floors.
• Handle ticketing, food & beverage sales, and cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure smooth guest entry, seating, and overall cinema experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards as per SOPs.
• Address guest queries and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Support execution of promotions, events, and special screenings.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
