Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing and structuring real estate finance deals, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include networking with clients, analyzing financial data, preparing finance proposals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful transaction completions.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Understanding of real estate finance, mortgage loans, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in banking or finance sectors is a plus
