1️⃣ Expand & manage channel partner/broker network

2️⃣ Drive sales of residential plots

3️⃣ Maintain strong relationships for repeat business

4️⃣ Organize project presentations & site visits

5️⃣ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

6️⃣ Market intelligence & competitor analysis

7️⃣ Sales reporting to management

👤 Requirements

✔ Real Estate Sales Experience (Plot sales preferred)

✔ Active broker/channel partner network

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Target-focused and self-driven

✔ Field activity & travel readiness
