Job Description: Field Sales Role Agency Vertical
Company: Pbpartners (a brand under Policybazaar) Designation: Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Location: PAN India Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales professionals to join our Agency Vertical team at Pbpartners. The role involves selling insurance products across Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network. • Drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives. • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: • Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Willingness to travel extensively. • Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
