Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bhimavaram. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understand their requirements, and offer customized insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include client acquisition, retention activities, and business development through various channels. The role also involves assisting clients with their insurance journey to ensure their needs are fully addressed.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and partners
Experience in client acquisition, customer service, and business development
Knowledge of the insurance industry, policies, and products
Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic thinking
Ability to work on-site and handle a fast-paced work environment
Any Graduation,Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales or relationship management is advantageous
